Flash Fiction

Every evening, at the edge of a crowded park, Reelo visited a tree that no one else could truly see. Every leaf carried a person’s name. Some remained for a lifetime. Others turned transparent before the wind claimed them forever. One autumn morning, the tree showed him something it never had before.

There are gardens that grow from sunlight and rain. Mr. Rhendron’s grew from something far more fragile—memories left behind by those who no longer walked the earth.
